At PHOTO MEMORY BRACELET™, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Issue Reporting Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report an issue with your order.

Custom & Personalized Products

  • All PHOTO MEMORY BRACELET™ products are custom-made and personalized.
  • Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Buyer’s remorse
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  • After review and verification, we will provide either a replacement or a refund.
  • If a replacement is not available or is not the best resolution, a refund may be issued.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for an approved refund to be processed.
  • Bank or credit card processing times may vary.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

Shipping Costs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • If a replacement is sent due to our error, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

  • A package may be considered lost if tracking shows no movement for 10 or more consecutive days or if the carrier confirms that the package is lost.
  • After carrier confirmation, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost.

Delivered but Not Received

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please first check with neighbors, mailbox areas, parcel lockers, or building management.
  • If the package still cannot be located, please contact us within 30 days so we can review the situation.
  • Refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered are not guaranteed, but a one-time courtesy replacement may be offered at our discretion.

Damaged Packages

  • Damaged items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
  • After review and verification, we will provide a replacement or refund.

European Union Customers

  • Due to the custom-made and personalized nature of our products, the standard EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.
  • EU customers are still covered under our policy for defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 30 days of delivery.
