Thank you for shopping with PHOTO MEMORY BRACELET™. Because our items are personalized, each order is custom-made specifically for you using the photo you provide.
Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time required to create and prepare your personalized item before it is shipped:
- Standard Items: Processed within 3 business days.
- 925 Sterling Silver Items: Processed within 5 business days.
Note: Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the specifics of your order.
Estimated Shipping Times
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: Up to 10 business days after shipment. Most customers receive their order within about 2 weeks of the order date.
- Canada: 2–4 weeks from order date.
- United Kingdom: 2–4 weeks from order date.
- Australia: 3–5 weeks from order date.
- International: 3–6 weeks depending on location and customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system. For international orders, tracking may occasionally pause while the package is processed through customs.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped through our production and fulfillment partners. Final delivery is typically handled by your local postal service, such as USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, or Australia Post.
Note: Expedited or express shipping is not currently available.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product price or shipping costs.
Important Delivery Notes
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, holidays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are unable to redirect packages or provide refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address provided during the order process.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at support@photomemorybracelet.com.
- Lost Packages: A package is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for 10 consecutive days or if the carrier confirms it is lost. We may offer a replacement at no cost after carrier confirmation.
- Delivered but Missing: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find the package, please check with neighbors, parcel lockers, or building management. If it remains missing, contact us within 30 days so we can help review the situation. Refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered are not guaranteed.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
