Q: What are Photo Memory Bracelets?
A: Photo Memory Bracelets, also called Photo Projection Bracelets are custom made with your provided photo and viewable by looking through the convex glass embedded in the charm, or use your cell phone flashlight on the reverse/flat side of the charm to project the image onto a surface.
Q: How do I order my photo projection bracelet?
A: Select your style bracelet and charm combination then upload your highest quality image with your order. We will touch up your photo with our digital programs, then use the photo to create your unique bracelet just for you.
Q: Can I use any photo for my bracelet?
A: We recommend using a high-quality, well-lit, and in-focus photo with few people in it, as the further away the people are, the harder it will be to see all of their faces in the projection photo. We will do our best to retouch your photo, using digital software to restore any blurriness or color saturation to deliver the best possible projection image in your bracelet. Photos with low or distorted resolution, which can't be corrected to a better quality, will have flaws in the image that are unavoidable, as we have to reproduce a new image from your image. We will email you as soon as possible if there are any issues with your photo, and call or text if we do not receive an email response in a timely manner.
Q: Can you check my photo before ordering to make sure it will be good enough to use?
A: Absolutely! We want to make sure you will be 100% happy with your order, so we offer this service at no cost to you. Email us your photo "before" ordering and we will enhance the resolution, color correct it, and fix any facial flaws with our digital programs to make it as clear as possible. We will then email your image back to you, which you can upload with your order if you are satisfied with the quality. Please email your photo to: support@photomemorybracelet.com
Q: What type of bracelets do you offer and what is the material?
A: You can choose any type of bracelet that best suits your style. We offer a variety of bracelet bands made of 925 Silver, Rose Gold, and Leather Braided Bands that are Wax Coated. Our charm shapes include Hearts, Circles, Animal Paws and Custom Designs made with 925 Silver, Stainless Steel, or Copper. All of the center pieces in the charm where we embed your photo projection image is made of opitcal glass. All diamond shaped stones used in our 925 Silver and Rose Gold bracelets are made with Cubic Zirconia or Zircon.
Q: What is 925 Silver?
A: 925 Silver is a type of sterling silver alloy made up of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. The high silver content gives it a bright white colour, and the addition of copper helps to make the alloy harder and more durable. Unlike other forms of silver, 925 silver does not require plating, as its colour is long-lasting and will not fade or tarnish easily.
Q: How long does it take to receive my photo projection bracelet?
A: Each bracelet is custom-made and will take up to 2 weeks for US customers to receive your order.
