button to upload your largest/best quality image(s).

After the image upload completes, a "Text Box" will appear, giving you an option to add a name or short message that will be overlaid on the top or bottom of your image.

Click "Add to Cart" to be directed to the cart page. If you would like to include a Gift Message for the recipient, please select "Add a gift message" dropdown and add your message.

Any additional instructions or comments can be added to the Seller Note section on the Checkout Page.

A proof will be sent to your email shortly after placing your order to approve before processing. If email is unanswered, we will process the order if we do not get a reply within 12 hours after placing your order to avoid processing delays.

We ship your products in 3 to 5 days after placing your order
and tracking info is sent to your email or SMS. Shipping time is approximate 7 day's depending on your country and mail system. If you are ordering
for a special occasion, please order at least 2 weeks before.

IMPORTANT - Please make sure to clean the glass with a soft cloth to remove any dust or fingerprints or you will not see the image clearly.

The Naked Eye - Hold the product with both hands with a good light source behind it and bring towards your eye until you see your hidden image come into focus. The glass is optical so eye wear can be removed to view.

Project the Image - Turn on your smart phone flashlight and hold the flat side of the product flush against the flashlight in a dark area to project on a solid color wall or surface.

Use your Smart Phone Camera App - Open your camera app on your phone and hold the front of the product flush to your camera to reveal the image on your screen.

We meticulously inspect every product before shipping to ensure both the product and the image are of the highest quality for viewing. Should you encounter any issues with the product within 1 year from purchasing, please email photos of the defective item to support@photomemorybracelet.com and we would be more than happy to assist you with a replacement.

Each product is hand crafted and inspected carefully before shipping to our customers. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, we will have you return the item for a full refund within 30 days from the delivery date.
